A combination of massage strokes, techniques and pressures are used, as required, to melt away muscular tension and aid the flexibility of joints in the body leading to better postural alignment and ease of movement.
In turn massage has a positive therapeutic effect on the nervous system easing the mind and releasing emotional stress. It also aids circulation of the blood to the organs as well as flushing out toxins through the lymphatic sytem. An aromatherapy essential oil or oils can be added to the base oil to further optimise the treatment by taking advantage of that oil's unique qualities.
- Deep Release for Back, Neck & Shoulders -

One of my most popular and successful treatments. Especially designed for those who have had persistent discomfort/pain in their necks, shoulders and/or lower back.
This is a treatment of three parts with the first involving a very pleasurable and releasing range of strokes around and between the shoulder blades, up into the neck & across the head performed in a seated position. Before even lying on the treatment couch many people report significant relaxation and improvement.
From there you lie face down on the treatment couch and receive further specific massage strokes & techniques to ease, soothe and warm muscles – working with the body to release deeply held tension.
Finally face up on the couch I ease out the final vestiges of tension and complete the process with work around the temples, jaw and ears. Clients often describe the full experience as ‘blissful’.
Many clients report feeling transformed after just one treatment and look visibly different in terms of relaxation through the face with more space and lightness in their upper bodies and the complete elimination or diminishment of pain.

A favourite among clients this treatment, which is usually performed lying down (or semi-reclined) on the treatment couch starts with a shoulder releasing technique to allow complete comfort throughout. The therapy works on the principle that every organ and body system can be influenced back into a state of greater equilibrium through the use of specialised finger and thumb movements along the corresponding pressure points on the feet.
Reflexology Plus involves finishing the treatment with a very relaxing foot and leg massage with aromatherapy oils.

Somewhat deceptive in its name this treatment involves much more than just the head! It is usually performed in a chair and involves massage of the shoulders, neck, head and face. Many different techniques are used across the head with blissful results. Especially effective for tension headaches or for those who hold a lot of tension in their upper body. The treatment can be extended with extra work on the shoulders and neck whilst lying on the massage couch.
- Natural Facelift Massage -

This very unique and powerful treatment is so much more than a facial.
A variety of Intricate finger and thumb techniques are used to help diminish any lines. Work is undertaken on both the superficial and underlying facial muscles aiding the circulation to nourish the skin at a deeper level. This results in an improvement in both tone and elasticity in the skin texture resulting in a smoother and more radiant complexion. Tension is released in the face, neck and scalp which can reduce headaches and other tension related symptoms and leaves you with a lasting sense of well-being and confidence.
The treatment ends with the use of the Neal's Yard Orange Flower facial oil being applied to the skin. Lastly gentle massage is applied (over clothes) to the arms, hands and legs to ease you back into the room (as the treatment can be supremely relaxing).
